Hi I'm Evgeniia.

I help homeschool moms be their healthiest selves. As a homeschool mom, I know how hard balancing life can be, and I am here to help you. 

 

I don't believe in swooping changes and (unrealistic) quick-fixes, but instead focus on small, manageable tweaks you can fit into your day.

 

With my 10+ years of coaching experience, and first hand knowledge of a busy homeschool day, together we will create a plan that is customized for you and your unique health journey. 

 

My own health journey led me to realize the importance of consistent small changes in achieving holistic well-being. Now, I combine my expertise in fitness and health with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by homeschooling mothers, offering a transformational program designed to help you thrive in motherhood, homeschooling and truly enjoy your life.

How much time per week do I need to dedicate to the program? 

The program is designed to be flexible and adaptable to your schedule. While we recommend setting aside at least 3-4 hours per week for program activities, including workouts, meal planning, and mindset work, you can adjust the pace to fit your lifestyle.

Will the meal plans accommodate dietary restrictions or preferences?

Absolutely! Our meal plans are customizable to accommodate various dietary preferences and restrictions. Whether you're vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or have other dietary needs, we provide options and substitutions to ensure you can follow the plan with ease. Although we do not make recipe and meal plans individually, we do have options for additional services for this.

Is there a community aspect to the program for additional support?

Yes, we offer a supportive community where you can connect with other program participants, share experiences, and provide encouragement. However, your level of engagement is up to you – you'll get out of it what you put in.

What happens if I fall behind or miss a session?

Life happens, and we understand that. If you miss a session or fall behind, don't worry – you'll have access to all program materials and resources, allowing you to catch up at your own pace. Consistency is key, but we're here to support you every step of the way.

Can I access the program materials after the 6-month period ends?

Yes, you'll have access to the program materials for an extended period after the 6-month program ends. We believe in empowering you with the tools and knowledge you need for long-term success, so you can continue implementing what you've learned beyond the program duration.

How soon can I expect to see results from the program?

Results vary depending on individual circumstances and commitment level. While some participants may start noticing improvements in energy levels and mindset within the first few weeks, significant transformations typically occur over the course of the 6-month program. Remember, consistency and dedication are key to achieving lasting results.

Is there a refund policy if the program doesn't meet my expectations?

We're confident in the value and effectiveness of our program, but we understand that it may not be the right fit for everyone. Please reach out if you have questions before committing. Due to the downloadable nature of much of our program materials, we do not offer refunds at this time.

"When I first started with Evgeniia, I was feeling so low about myself. I was overweight, unfit and struggling in my health following numerous surgeries.

I was such a strong and healthy young woman before I became a Mom that it was hard to accept that pregnancy and birth took such a huge toll on my body and that I didn't just 'snap back'.

I was so committed to the program. I did all my workouts and changed my diet right away. I saw results almost immediately, which I now realize was my body starting to heal from chronic inflammation. My post-baby hair loss stopped and started to regrow. My sleep improved. My cycle regulated and stopped being painful. All amazing results for me. I didn't step on a scale once during this time. 

My weight loss stalled earlier this year and Evgeniia encouraged me to see a Functional Doctor to do some tests to investigate why my body seemed 'stuck'. I'm so glad I listened. I now know that I have hyper-mobility and connective tissue disorder that means that my body forms and stores fat in a disordered way. I discovered gut parasites, leaky gut and issues with my liver and the way in which my body processes certain toxins at the genetic level. On top of that, tests showed that I had a large number of food allergies (delayed type) and I needed to support my body immediately. 

Evgeniia was there for me during the entire process like a Doula. She helped explain some detox symptoms, recommended recipes and worked WITH me to alter my workouts according to what my hyper-mobile body needed and could actually do without hurting. 

It's not yet a full year since I joined the Nourished Motherhood program but I have never been more grateful for a person than I am for Evgeniia. She has been such a support for me during my journey to health (which has contained some unexpected turns) and I know I'm not the only Homeschool Mama who feels this way!"
